Workshops will be added to this page as they are confirmed. All workshops have an extra fee outside of the ticket price. They will take place in a dedicated separate classroom space and potentially include kits or supplies. Space is limited, so please go to the attendee registration page for pricing, and to register.

DollyPop! Make Your Own Resin Eyes

Description:

Dollypop will provide the blanks, supplies, and knowledge, and you supply the imagination! We’ll use eye blanks, paint, and UV resin to make a fresh pair of eyes for you to gaze dreamily into. You’ll go home with a small bottle of UV resin and BJD eyes that you made with your own hands. We’ll take the necessary health precautions, so don’t be afraid to come play with us!

Alter Ego Dolls Getting Started with Faceups

Description:

Lynn of Alter Ego Dolls will be teaching you how to get started doing faceups on your very own dolls. She’ll cover all the steps from prepping your doll to sealing the features.

Allison Wonder BJD Restringing & Care

Description:

Join the delightful Allison Wonder in this workshop all about restringing and caring for the joints of your beloved BJDs. Bring your dolls that need help, or just sit in and learn more about the process. This workshop is dedicated time to get help with your dolls so don’t be shy!

Callie’s Creations Crochet Cat Beanie Hat

Description:

Spend a cozy afternoon learning how to crochet an adorable cat ear beanie with Callie of Callie’s creations.

Jamie’s BJD Pro Shop Making Miniature Resin Desserts

Description:

A make-and-take class where you will receive a kit to make three miniature desserts. There will be a brief lecture and demonstration and then you’ll have time to make your creations. We will be using silicone, so please be aware that there will be fumes from the silicone if you are sensitive to smells or have a silicone allergy.

Making a Doll Travel Box with Tracy

Description:

In this make-and-take workshop you will build a fun and creative box for your doll to travel in. Feel free to bring any of your treasured trims or buttons, or use the array provided. Class will include extra supplies for purchase if you want to take home an additional kit.

Meetups

Meetups are free to all attendees and daily ticket holders. Meetups may be hosted or not. They also may or may not have an agenda, however, the purpose of a meetup is to find friends interested in the topic or doll theme. We hope you will pop-in and make some new friends.
